Therapy Approach

Anna’s approach in working with client’s is one that takes an integrative systemic approach in that she likes to understand the entire systemic picture, while having the belief that every client is unique and has the ability to make change. She builds relationships with clients based on empathy and curiosity, while helping them to provide structure and language to better understand their own unique worldview.
