Background
Arianna earned her bachelor’s degree in psychological sciences from the University of Arizona. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling as well as her Master of Science in sport and human performance at Adler University. Arianna is currently
completing her clinical practicum at Progressive Psychological Healthcare. Arianna has experience supporting individuals across athletic, academic, and community settings. Her background includes working with youth athletes to build mental skills, coaching competitive gymnastics, and assisting college students through periods of change and growth.
Arianna is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Therapy Approach
Arianna takes a holistic approach with clients and values building a collaborative, judgement-
free space, resulting in a strong therapeutic relationship. She is committed to providing
personalized care that aligns with each individual’s specific needs, goals, and presenting
concerns. Arianna takes an integrative approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support and
empower clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
