Introduction:
Natalie (she/her) is a third-year therapy extern working toward her Doctorate in Psychology at
Adler University, an APA-accredited program. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Psychology with a minor in business from Cornell University.
Therapeutic Approach:
Natalie takes a collaborative and empowering approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that
meaningful change begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic alliance. She recognizes that people
are not shaped in isolation but by their environments, relationships, and lived experiences. This
