As a psychotherapist, I believe connection, authenticity, courage and comfortability are central to beginning a successful therapeutic journey and beginning the path to healing. Every person seeking therapy begins at a different place with different goals, but with a similar destination point. The destination to heal and courage to work through grief, anxiety, depression, or any of life’s transitions are at the core to thriving.

I fundamentally believe that an individualized and empathic approach to treatment is connected to successful outcomes.Beginning where you are at and understanding your struggles with an empathic approach to treatment is a guiding principle for how I begin the therapeutic process. Building an authentic connection, creating hope, light, and strength are central to therapeutic progress.
